  Food is our passion, it's sad that that our passion died today a little bit. We walked into your restaurant with sparkling eyes and excited tummies. The restaurant itself is a masterpiece. But to make your masterpiece come to a complete whole you need to have good service.
  
  There is no "ifs, ans or buts" about this. The social kitchen has failed it's name and had no part of "social" about it. Keep on your servers and understand that every person who walks into your restaurant should be treated the same. Nothing bothers us more than waiting for 30 minutes while watching your servers randavoe about with other customers and even themselves when they didn't "have anything to do".
  
  We have a small restaurant ourselves and we expect each table is greeted within 90 seconds. Our space isn't much bigger than yours either, but we make it a priority to let our customers know we are here for anything that they may need.
  
  We were so ecstatic to try your fruity beverages and delicious, mouth water food, but were sadly disappointed when we didn't get to try anything.
  
  Every moment in your restaurant should be a moment of experience so that person wants to come back. And so you can create a bond of a repeat customer. If you don't put the effort into your customers you will never shine with success.
  
  If we ever decide to visit your restaurant again I sincerely hope we have a polar opposite experience. Enjoy your Easter.
  
  "Courteous treatment will make a customer a walking advertisement", please do well to remember this.
